Operations Project Manager - Charlotte, NC The ASK Team provides user support to Vendor, Sourcing, and Category managers as well as enterprise-wide users for Global Procurement applications including Ariba, VRPM, VIPR, COST, BICS, and mySource. The team manages more than 14,000 requests annually. Requestors contact the team via an online web form. Responsibilities: Provide outstanding Level 1 and Level 2 customer support to requestors who submit questions regarding Global Procurement applications and processes.\u00a0 Become the Subject Matter expert for applications such as Ariba, mySource, VRPM, VIPR, BICS, and COST.\u00a0 Provide answers to questions from Sourcing, Vendor Managers, enterprise-wide users within documented service level agreement timeframes.\u00a0 Triage requests, research options and provide answers in user-friendly terms. Use the Salesforce ticketing tool to assign, log and track requests. Lead or participate in other projects as needed. Required Skills: Minimum 2 years professional experience in either an Operations support role or Service Desk environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills.\u00a0 Technical experience with systems, reporting or application support. Associates Degree or higher. Desired Skills: Strong dedication to quality customer service and a working knowledge of service support and delivery procedures. Excellent follow-through and attention to detail. Team player, self-motivated and driven by success. Strong problem solving\/analytical skills. Demonstrate a willingness, interest, and aptitude to learn new technologies and skills. Ability to meet and exceed project deadlines and service level agreement timeframes. Ability to work with other departments and all levels of the Bank. Experience in the procurement or supply chain field a plus.
