Procurement Analyst


Procurement Analyst
will work with Procurement Category Managers and support various business units to support the analytics and decision making for Diversey. This role interfaces with all functions within the global organization and provides an excellent opportunity to learn the business and partner with key stakeholders globally. This role reports into the Senior Manager of Procurement PMO/COE and is based out of our Charlotte, North Carolina headquarter office.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end to end Procure to Pay (P2P) process including identifying key suppliers, executing sourcing events and developing various types of financial models
- Analyze spend and market data with a critical eye to identify patterns and savings opportunities
- Conduct category market research and summarize findings to support recommendations for the Procurement team and key stakeholders
- Build robust Power Point presentations that tell the story of the analytics with graphs, charts and
- Respond to supplier inquiries with an owner mindset
- Create robust Power Point presentations for client portfolios that tell the story of the analytics with graphs, charts and concise summaries
- Develop relationships with stakeholders in order to support procurement and business alignment

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in related field
- 1-3 years experience analyzing data and summarizing key points for stakeholders
- Demonstrated advanced Excel and Power Point skills - Ability to sort through data in Excel to create financial models, graphs and charts to incorporate these into Power Point presentations in way that is clear to understand for stakeholders


- Consulting and/or Finance background a plus
- Prior work experience with developing financial models utilizing Excel and/or Tableau
- Ability to work cross functionally with teams to balance solutions in accordance with budget, schedule and tools
- Professional and effective facilitation skills - Should be able to facilitate group discussions
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Should be able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines
- Attention to detail - Should be able to complete accurate data entry and develop accurate written materials
- Proactive, Action oriented and forward thinking - Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes
- Collaborative team player - Should be able to establish solid working relationships with stakeholders
- Professional communication skills - Should be able to communicate with peers, customers and vendors both via verbal and written communication
- Technical Communication Skills - Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts, findings & recommendations to senior leadership
