KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Centralized Support to join our Firm wide Procurement organization.
Liaise with KPMG resources, vendors and strategic sourcing professionals to drive appropriate compliance clearances and secure appropriate documentation thereof
Proactively initiate effective and efficient compliance clearances and documentation as an individual contributor
Contribute and support contract compliance policy and process adjustments to ensure effective and efficient contractual compliance and documentation processes
Proactively plan for compliance clearances associated with incoming contracting projects as an individual contributor
A minimum of one year of contracting and / or compliance and documentation experience in a procurement or legal department in the areas of technology, contingent workforce and / or staff augmentation with demonstrable experience with US and European privacy regulations, or demonstrable equivalent
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
Demonstrated ability to understand contracting and sourcing compliance and documentation rules and regulations; procurement technology, processes and compliance and documentation; Business Process Group departments, their service offerings and key stakeholders
Customer focused, driven with ability to execute job responsibilities with minimal direction
Proactive and resourceful with strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to seamlessly switch between, and execute upon, multiple tactical tasks simultaneously
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
