Job Description Summary The principle purpose of the Procurement Analyst - COE is to support the Procurement organization as it pertains to the technology, process, governance and overall value of the organization. This role will support various work teams and projects within the organization. It will work with the internal Procurement teams, along with developing strong relationships with other functions, lines of business and third party suppliers. The CoE Procurement Analyst supports strategic operations by collecting, analyzing, and managing data to provide key insights for actionable improvements to the procurement organization. The Procurement Analyst will become a key member of several strategic teams providing analytical rigor and technical expertise to produce fact based summary information enabling Senior Procurement personnel to improve their strategic decisions. This position will process, extract, and query data from various systems, across the globe to help make decisions. The Procurement Analyst must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills and an understanding of multiple business processes such as Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Pay. The Procurement Analyst will take input from other procurement team members, business area leads, Legal and Audit to plan and prioritize day to day activities. The Procurement Analyst will perform as an individual contributor and will not have direct management responsibilities. Job Description KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Procurement Technologies Responsible for the overall administration of the supplier onboarding process, including Risk & Compliance checks (OFAC, Certificate of Insurance, Financials, etc.) Aides Category Managers and Client Procurement Specialist in use of the tool to deliver strategic sourcing projects Provides ongoing training and support to end users of the tool Serves as the liaison between the supplier of the tool and the end user as it pertains to ensuring technical questions and issues are resolved Assists in the identification of best-in-class tools\/process as it pertains to Supplier Management technology Will also assist in project related work as it pertains to Procure-to-Pay, Contact Management and eSourcing technologies Project Analytics Gather and analyze key procurement metrics using data collection techniques (e.g., downloading of transactional data to spreadsheet format) in order to report results to Senior Management to be used in business plan and strategy development Extract, analyze and report various system data in order to improve operational efficiencies using company sponsored software (e.g., JD Edwards, Workday, Procure Plus, Excel, Access) Assist technology managers in detailed current state and historical analysis to aide in decision making of new procurement tool technologies Synthesize data and identify problems through operational and financial analysis in order to improve operational and financial performance Support Procurement Managers & Directors as it pertains to the company\u2019s Spend Analytics process and technologies Support Procurement Managers & Directors as it pertains to the company\u2019s Procure-to-Pay process and technologies Support Procurement Managers & Directors as it pertains to the company\u2019s Contract Lifecycle Management process and technologies Support Procurement Managers & Directors as it pertains to the company\u2019s eSourcing process and technologies Aide in the development of Procurement related Polices Aide in the development of Procurement related training and communications Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
