Key responsibilities incorporate the vendor controls necessary to increase revenue, margin, reduce risk, and improve working capital. Be a partner with TBM, Purchasing and Vendor Management to gain speed, agility and increase capacity by standardization, optimization and duplication of activities. Evolve as a trusted partner to the IPO business to build systems of vendor record and reliability. This position will provide support to centralized PO management process launched for IPO. Activities will include Shopping cart creation, PO management, Approval follow through, managing goods receipt, Invoice dispute resolution, enabling digital locks, supporting vendor accrual process, providing governance and reporting on procurement activities. Gather information and analytics to facilitate quick, effective decisions which help exercise first-rate vendor compliance and financial management. Take a leading role in simplifying and governing Vendor process including supporting new process implementations from contract to cash while looking for synergies with global processes. Enable the translation of vendor costs into actionable insights for both business and IT leaders. Role will also support and participate in better buying initiative, process simplification, vendor optimization and establishing governance. Qualifications Education: Undergraduate Degree in Accounting or related discipline plus CPA or CA qualified coupled with an Undergraduate or Post graduate Degree in an IT discipline Must have to be considered: Advanced SAP & Procurement system access Working knowledge of contracts Experience in pulling vendor related transactions from financial and purchasing systems Experience in researching and creating contract summaries with highlighting the financial impact Proven experience working within a complex, matrix style environment Proven experience developing and maximizing the use of Business Intelligence systems, processes and tools Experience in creating consistent, repeatable set of business processes that require low-touch once deployed Proven experience in stakeholder and customer management, experience in training a plus Proven driver of achievement and problem\/project resolution in every role Advanced MS Excel, MS Access experience Business Understanding: Understanding of financial reporting principles and systems Understand the need to provide information to the business.
