Under the direction of the Global Function Head Indirect/Europe, this position provides analytic, process and reporting support for the BP&O function. This role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of planning, analysis, budgeting, reporting, spend analysis and savings tracking for the Global Procurement (GP) function in addition to other special projects as needed. This role will also support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long Range Planning (LRP) processes and appropriate variance reporting and issue resolution throughout the year. A key part of this role will be performing detailed data collection, reporting and issue resolution for procurement savings for the company. This includes collaborating with other team members with the development of and the roll out of savings tracking guidelines, processes and tools as well as supporting the validation of savings claims from the different regions and category areas throughout the year. This role will also develop, roll out and supports spend analysis processes, tools and capabilities for GP to help drive visibility into spend and savings opportunities.
This role will have to work seamlessly across a team of Analytics leaders and analysts embedded in the various GP regions and category areas to ensure tight linkages between different parts of GP when delivering analysis and support capabilities.
Perform data collection, analysis and reporting for GP in the areas of budgeting, AOP, LRP Savings Tracking and for other special projects
Help develop, roll out and support reporting mechanisms that are aligned with corporate systems and policies
Help develop, rollout and support spend visibility and analysis processes, systems and solutions that are aligned with corporate processes, systems and solutions
Develop and roll out dashboards and metrics reporting capabilities
Support specific procurement projects and initiatives to improve effectiveness and drive results
Work with the Global Procurement leaders to respond to input to ensure satisfaction with the performance of processes and systems
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details required for management reporting

Support the Implementation and roll out of a globally integrated AOP and LRP processes for Global Procurement
Develop and support the monthly, quarterly and annual processes for reporting budget status, forecasts and variances
Support the delivery of procurement savings tracking guidelines and tracking mechanisms
Support the delivery of spend visibility and analysis solutions
Data collection, analytics and issue resolution for the delivery of GP dashboards and metrics
5 years of data analysis in a finance or procurement analysis role with hands-on experience in providing reporting to key stakeholders to drive key business decisions
Advanced Excel spreadsheet, budgeting and modeling skills
Demonstrated leadership and collaboration working with cross functional teams
Understanding of data collection, reporting, procurement policies and systems
Experience with eProcurement and eSourcing tools (Oracle, SAP, Ariba) to interpret data analytics to drive business insight
Proven ability to supervise, develop and inspire others
Bachelor's degree in finance, supply chain, materials management, purchasing or business is required
MBA, CPA or advanced degree preferred
