Position Description
Position directly supports the Sr. Director of Contract Administration or the Vice President, Strategic Business Initiatives and entails the day-to-day management of CWTSatoTravel’s Contract Administration department. Position requires a high level of interaction with government contracting officials and, additionally, is responsible for the support of internal stakeholders across the organization in order to insure that CWTSatoTravel adheres to all contract requirements and is contract compliant at all times.
Position Responsibilities
Oversee contract compliance, document management and change management processes of the Contract Administration department.
Manage the Contract Information Notification (CIN) system.
Provide oversight for GSA, DoD and stand-alone government contracts and ensure that the Sr. Director of Contract Administration or the Vice President, Strategic Business Initiatives is apprised of critical issues in a timely manner.
Serve as primary point of contact with CWTSatoTravel Finance in order to ensure that all financial requirements of CWGT’s contract vehicles are met and adhered to.
Provide Contract Administration support to Traveler Experience (TX), Client Executive Management and ETS2 teams.
Negotiate contracts, task orders, and modifications as appropriate.
Request modifications to the contracts from the government as necessary and ensure that required contract modifications are reviewed and action taken is appropriate.
Ensure that correspondence is prepared to document any actions taken. Problem areas are concisely documented to provide a clear understanding of how decisions were reached and finalized, thus establishing an audit trail.
Lead internal stakeholder meetings following contract awards to ensure a thorough understanding of contract terms and conditions by all stakeholders.
Represent CWTSatoTravel Contract Administration at post-award meetings with clients.
Assist Sr. Director of Contracts on “spot check” contract audits and follow up with internal stakeholders.
In tandem with the Sr. Director of Contract Administration establish performance metrics and goals for Contract Administrator and Senior Contract Administrator positions.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience
A minimum of 5-7 years experience in U.S. Government procurement or U.S. Government contract administration.
Knowledge
Federal Travel Regulations (FTR)
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
Foreign Affairs Manual (FAM)
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Abilities
Ability to manage the day-to-day functions of the Contract Administration department to a high standard with minimal to no supervision.
Ability to analyze and deconstruct complex contractual issues for senior management upon request and provide a verbal and/or written report in support of such analyses if required.
Ability to provide subject matter expertize in support of both internal and external client constituencies
Judgment Required
Position will have contact with senior executives, key CWTSatoTravel clients and vendors and therefore must have the presence and maturity to represent the company in a professional, consistent manner. Incumbent must have the breadth and depth of experience to evaluate the skills and services of a variety of outside vendors.
Supervision of Others
Position may include supervision of others.
Because this position is directly with our Federal Government client, the government requires that the successful candidate be a US Citizen.
