Supply Chain Planner & Admin Assistant
Review production demands and plan purchases to ensure timely delivery of products to support customer production schedules
Order and purchase products needed on customer's site
Expedite deliveries when required
Create reports to track open orders, delivery confirmations, delivery dates
Monitor and report actual versus planned deliveries, update status to sales reps, understand reasons for delays, develop corrective action plans with team
Conduct month end physical inventories for customer
Create month end billing summaries
Settle billing and/or invoice discrepancies in a timely manner with customer
Create and maintain accurate customer and client personnel contact lists
Develop and maintain after hours coverage schedule for on-site cleint personnel
Provide general support to client personnel on site. Maintain office, order supplies needed for office, PPE, safety, tools and/or plant equipment
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

We Also Look For....
BS or Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Related Field with 2 years of Supply Chain, Procurement, and/or Operations experience
Experience working in a manufacturing plant highly preferred.
