Procurement Specialist (Contracts)


Migration of required contract trees from legacy systems

Data cleansing

Document retrieval

Entity Creation/ Supplier Setup

Legacy document uploads, classification, and metadata completion

Drives adoption of Tyson templates and procedural compliance

Fielding requests sent to group mailbox, ensuring proper submission, and updating Request Initiator fields to applicable contract manager

Metadata collection and finalization of contract records

E-signature routing

Scheduling periodic meetings and reports

Switching Dummy Entity records in CLMA with newly created suppliers in SAP


Qualifications:


Education: Bachelors degree required.

Experience: 2 years in a support role in a corporate environment preferred

Critical thinking skills required

Ability to prioritize competing projects required

Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management software preferred

Paralegal certification a plus

Prior experience with contracts a plus
