Kelly Services is seeking candidates for a full time Contract Administrator with an industry leading, Fortune 500, global, chemical manufacturing company in Midland, MI.
The main purpose of the Contract Administrator role is to serve as the primary Focal Point for the recording and reporting of sourcing contracts in support of the Raw Materials, Contract Manufacturing and Packaging commercial areas within Purchasing; ensuring that legal documents are accurately and completely reflected in the appropriate support system in a timely manner.
Develop, document and implement a sustainable work process and protocol that ensures the timely and accurate recording of legal contracts into E-Sourcing or subsequent support tool.
Provide additional M A contract support on an ad-hoc basis Drive improvements in the accuracy of the data set by identifying records in need to data cleansing and assisting with necessary data administration activities
Provide system transition support from E-Sourcing to Zycus Critical Success Factors
Ability to navigate contract language and identify key contract clauses Strong system knowledge SAP E-Sourcing/Excel/Zycus/Outlook
Ability to manage multiple priorities and short timelines
Additional experience with E-Sourcing and/or Arriba would also be very beneficial.
Required Skills and Experience:
SAP experience Preferred
Bachelors Degree required
1-2 years experience working in a procurement role
The employee will be expected to be able to effectively utilize Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
