ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Prepare, revise, negotiate and process corporate procurement contracts such as non-disclosure agreements, services agreements, consulting agreements, SaaS agreements, software license agreements, and amendments to existing agreements
Assist with implementing a Third-Party Risk Management Program for the enterprise.
Negotiate red-line changes to agreements with third-party suppliers.
Customize documents, track changes, obtain all required approvals and prepare agreements for senior management review and signature.
Provide full lifecycle, strategic contracts administration support to internal and external clients.
Eliminate or reduce company liability by ensuring certificates of insurance are compliant with contractual requirements.
Maintain corporate records management system to ensure all contract documents are readily assessable.
Under minimal supervision, execute special projects and other responsibilities as needed.
Maintain effective internal and external customer relations.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of legal issues and best practices in contractual preparation and administration.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Must be comfortable in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Paralegal Studies, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of relevant contract management and administration experience within a related industry, preferably in commercial real estate.
Qualifications may warrant placement in a different job level.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to sit for extended periods of time; frequently required to stand, walk, and use business equipment daily such as computer, copier, fax, telephone, etc.; frequently required to reach overhead, bend, and lift objects of up to 40 lbs.
Ability to handle stress caused by multiple priorities, and other unforeseen situations associated with the organization.
Eyesight and hearing must be correctable to standard level.
