THE TEAM

Zuora’s procurement team is involved in compliant acquisition of goods and services for our business. As trusted partners, we support Zuora’s business in an efficient and responsive manner while minimizing risk, following processes, and securing savings. We help our business partners in negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial agreements, supporting vendor risk assessment and legal review processes, and implementing policy and process improvements.

YOUR MISSION:

This role will support the procurement department and business partners in all activities related to procurement operations, all aspects of the management and ownership of procurement and source-to-pay systems, and process improvement initiatives for procurement operations.

This role is a perfect fit for those trailblazing individuals who are not afraid to design and own a process, implement change, and make a significant impact on day to day operations of the procurement department.

This role will own and drive the procure-to-pay process and systems at Zuora. The goal is to assess, plan, design, and implement process improvements, own the Coupa procure-to-pay system, and support business partners and other stakeholders towards an efficient and compliant procurement process.

You will lead and train the procurement operations team, oversee the end-to-end process, manage company-wide channels of communication for the procurement operations team, and handle escalations.

TECHNOLOGY:

This role requires demonstrated fluency in Coupa source-to-pay system; exposure to Netsuite is beneficial.

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE

Own and improve the end to end procure-to-pay process

Own and administer Coupa source-to-pay system

Lead and train the procurement operations team

Be responsible for data quality in Coupa

Support business partners, IT partners, and functional leadership with P2P data reporting, communications, user management, and other tasks as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Bachelor’s degree or higher

5 years of experience in owning and administering the Coupa system; Coupa certification preferred

Knowledge of Coupa ‘universe’ of apps and integrations

Demonstrated experience of owning and running the procurement operations process

Project management and process improvement experience preferred
