This role will focus on procurement and negotiation strategy development. You will develop and inform contract negotiation strategies based on review of supplier financial statements. You will assess the overall supplier company health, performance and ability to deliver products and services. Qualifications Typical Education / Experience: Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Qualifications: u2022 Bachelor's degree u2022u00a05 or more years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement or strategic sourcing practices and processes u2022 3 or more years of experience managing the procurement process including coordinating with business partners and providing functional support u2022 3 or more years of experience modifying contract terms with legal assistance u2022 3 or more years of experience leading some negotiations with standard terms and conditions (including payment terms) u2022 Experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance u2022 Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. u2022 This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a u201cUS Personu201d as defined by 22 C.F.R. u00a7 120.15 is required.
