**22880BR****Title:**Senior Specialist, Buy & Payment Center**Job Function:**Finance**Business Unit Group:**Arconic Corporate**Position Description:** This position resides in the Global Financial Shared Services organization and is responsible for supporting the Optimized Processes team within the Global Buy and Payment Center. The Optimized Processes team include project management, data analysis, and process improvement/optimization/automation for the Buy and Payment Center, as well as location integration and customer service support.**Major Activities/Key Challenges** Plan, execute and manage assigned projects for the Optimized Processes Team. Become the subject matter expert in full end to end requisition to pay process. Provide training programs for other teams within the Buy and Payment Center. Drive transactions to optimize processes to reach the performance goals set for the team. Utilize Ariba, Arconic Mall, eCM and Pull Pay, BPA, CPA and others. Manage and organize training for customers/locations as needed. Review and analyze Daily Management boards for areas of opportunity. Support vendors and internal customers through on-boarding for optimized processes. Assist customers with any issues relating to optimized processes. Assist location customers with integration into centralized Buy and Payment processes. Learn and deploy Arconic\u2019s standards, policies, procedures and optimized processes. Manage key metrics of the Service Level Agreement with our business customers to ensure metrics are met per the agreement.**Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Education** Ability to provide recommendations to Buy and Payment Center management on improving key metrics or key projects. Ability to communicate best practices to locations and process standardization across multiple operating units. Understand full end to end processes in the Buy and Payment Center. Knowledge of Excel macros, VBA, and querying tools.
