Position Summary: We are seeking an individual to provide Procurement Support at our federal customer site in Phoenix, AZ and to join our collaborative, innovative, customer-centric culture. This position will prepare files and documents for the purchase of supplies, equipment, and services for our customer. Key Position Responsibilities Include: Great opportunity to be responsible for limited pre and post award procurement functions for a variety of service, supply, construction, and/or equipment contracts.u00a0 You will analyze requirements and recommend appropriate contract type and acquisition methodology. Be in charge of developing milestones, justifications, clearances, determinations, and findings. Prepare solicitation documents and youu2019ll select clauses and develop specialized terms and conditions. Serve as the central point of contact for responses to inquiries on assigned procurement actions. Youu2019ll evaluate bids and proposals for technical adequacy; perform cost and price analyses; develop pre-negotiation positions. Negotiate on technical, cost issues, and contract terms; prepares pre-award clearances and approvals; and recommends award to customer. Monitors contractor performance and assists customer in administration of contracts.u00a0 Prepares documentation and files for contract close-out actions. Assists in the development of specifications and sole source justifications.u00a0 Initiates actions to trace shipments, expedite deliveries, and affect adjustments.u00a0 Performs file, records, and systems research to gather procurement related data for responses.
