In this job, here are some of the duties to be performed:
We are assisting our client in their search for an experienced Purchasing Analyst due to the rapid growth they are experiencing
Assists in identifying, assessing, and negotiating, suppliers and procurement agreements.
Provides cost estimates for purchasing requests in a timely manner.
Communicates with suppliers, discussing quotes and price increases, negotiating rates, and evaluating service and quality.
Reviews purchase order acknowledgments and updates pricing and delivery dates in ERP system.
Conducts purchasing activities aligned with the supply chain philosophy and strategy, executing and supporting sourcing projects through selected and approved suppliers.
Recognizes, understands and addresses sourcing problems in a proactive manner.
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree (Required)
To be considered for this job, candidates may be required to have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
4 years of experience
Must be highly proficient in Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in ERP system
