He will also be responsible in answering any questions the suppliers throw and he will also be responsible in resolving the problems. When the shipment already arrives, he will reconcile the purchase orders with the shipments to ensure that they match. He will also be responsible in notifying vendors when the invoices are not received. He will also be responsible in verifying the bills concur with the purchased orders.
